Sarah LaFleur
began making truffles as a child during her family's annual holiday frenzy in her home town of Malone, New York. As she got older, she became more creative and daring with the various flavors and toppings of her original truffle recipe. At the urging of friends and family, she decided to begin a business selling her chocolates for holidays, special events, parties, and weddings in January 2004.

Truffles are made with the finest ingredients, such as real maple syrup, freshly grated ginger, and soft caramel that melts in your mouth.
